Extremely rude and unprofessional experience! I've been a customer since 2023, always made timely payments and treated the staff with respect. When it was time for my move (with a month's notice), I hired a moving company. On the moving day, the office staff encountered issues with the movers and abruptly blocked my access, demanding I pay 100€ to continue. When I inquired about the reason, one of them yelled at me, claiming it was a penalty for choosing the wrong movers (my French isn't very strong)? With the truck waiting, I reluctantly paid. I couldn't understand why it was 100€ and not 200€ or 50€ (there was nothing like this in their contract or terms), it felt like pure extortion to me. I recommend avoiding this situation if possible...
