Please Please Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They make it easy to book a reservation on their site but don't try to verify it or try to contact anyone. Their phone number goes to a computer generated voice. They say you can speak to a live person but it's not gonna happen! I booked a ride that was to be provided by LYFT but the confirmation I received from ShuttleFare wasn't correct so I tried to reach them. Well, that was very difficult and since you can't speak to someone you need to go on their site and use a virtual assistant. First they couldn't find my reservation and then when they did I was told to call/contact LYFT. Well you can't speak to anyone there either but only thru text. So I did and LYFT had no record of my reservation and said to contact ShuttleFare. Actually they didn't know what I was referring to. So I again tried to contact ShuttleFare on the phone number they provided on my confirmation. Here's where the fun starts. When I called the automated answer voice who says her name is Mary couldn't find anything either and I had a paid conformation! So now after all this frustration I decided to cancel everything. Again that wasn't easy either. I couldn't cancel thru the phone or on their website and had to go back to my email and use the email confirmation. Again if you use these guys BEWARE!!!
