Shuttlefare.com books for our company which is rapidshuttle.com they never send us booking information they never send us the payment information they pocket the money in hope that nobody notices we have never had an agreement with them they are scam artists and I don't even know how they got a four-star rating for most must be employees fattening their their ratings
Cancelling a booking, which had been in place for months, with only 4 days notice - completely unacceptable. I appreciate they may have been let down by your supplier, but it should fall to them to find an alternative. I only get my fingers burnt once, so won’t be using again.
Deceptive website. When you call them you will get an automated response and no option to speak with anyone. Same with texts. The only way to contact them is through email ONLY. I have sent them 3 emails, yesterday & today (10/31&11/02) and have not received any response. DO NOT USE THEM !!!
Please Please Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They make it easy to book a reservation on their site but don't try to verify it or try to contact anyone. Their phone number goes to a computer generated voice. They say you can speak to a live person but it's not gonna happen! I booked a ride that was to be provided by LYFT but the confirmation I received from ShuttleFare wasn't correct so I tried to reach them. Well, that was very difficult and since you can't speak to someone you need to go on their site and use a virtual assistant. First they couldn't find my reservation and then when they did I was told to call/contact LYFT. Well you can't speak to anyone there either but only thru text. So I did and LYFT had no record of my reservation and said to contact ShuttleFare. Actually they didn't know what I was referring to. So I again tried to contact ShuttleFare on the phone number they provided on my confirmation. Here's where the fun starts. When I called the automated answer voice who says her name is Mary couldn't find anything either and I had a paid conformation! So now after all this frustration I decided to cancel everything. Again that wasn't easy either. I couldn't cancel thru the phone or on their website and had to go back to my email and use the email confirmation. Again if you use these guys BEWARE!!!
Flexibility of my driver, he was absolutely awesome when my flight kept getting delayed! I was traveling alone for a trade show and I felt completely confident and safe, which helped make my trip a success. I definitely recommend Shuttlefare!
