I had the most terrible experience using this service. The driver arrived 1.5 hrs before the assigned pick-up time and then started the waiting timer for 60 min. The driver did not check the status of the flight which was delayed by 1/2 hr either to adjust their pick-up time. I was in constant touch with the driver and told her that she was early and that my pickup was much later but she did not accept what I said. She ended up leaving and putting me as a "NO SHOW" even before I had come out of the airport. This was after I told her I was in the immigration line and just 15-20 min away from getting out. I am extremely disappointed by the miscommunication between Shuttlefare and its drivers. I had to get a much more expensive Uber from the airport and Shuttlefare refused to pay the difference in amount. I would not recommend this service.
