They delivered a damaged fridge and I requested a return just 10 minutes after it arrived. I still haven't been able to get it picked up. There have been three failed collection attempts. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. They offered 25% off and seem reluctant to arrange a courier for the return. We don't want anything from this seller and opted for a better brand with proper padding and packaging. It's clear the company was aware of the damage since the box was intact, but the fridge itself was not. Very disappointing. Avoid this seller. I'm currently processing a refund through another platform.
