Received a damaged fridge and requested a return just 10 minutes after delivery. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to arrange for its collection; there have been three unsuccessful attempts by the courier service. The customer support has been rude and unprofessional, offering a discount instead of facilitating the collection. I prefer not to accept anything from the company and have decided to go with a more reputable brand known for better packaging. It's clear they were aware of the damage since the box was intact, but the fridge itself was not. Highly disappointed. A refund process is currently underway.

We don't want anything from this seller and opted for a better brand with proper padding and packaging. The washing machine feels cheaply made, with buttons that break easily. The fridge is also very faulty, with lights malfunctioning. The customer service is atrocious, as they constantly blame customers for their poorly made products. I have mental health challenges and am waiting for someone to inspect the issues, but customer service already insists it's my fault. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this seller!
