The washing machine feels cheaply made, with buttons that break easily. The fridge is also very faulty, with lights malfunctioning. The customer service is atrocious, as they constantly blame customers for their poorly made products. I have mental health challenges and am waiting for someone to inspect the issues, but customer service already insists it's my fault. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this seller!
