I ordered a gas hob recently and checked it upon delivery as advised. Everything seemed fine until the plumber tested it and detected a gas leak due to a faulty unit. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they said they haven't been able to respond yet and didn't clarify how long it would take. We just wanted prompt service and a replacement. It's been two days and they suggested we fix it ourselves and offered £10 for the inconvenience. I had to buy a new hob from another seller, and they still haven't issued a refund despite my rights. I feel let down and disappointed.
