Received a damaged fridge and requested a return just 10 minutes after delivery. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to arrange for its collection; there have been three unsuccessful attempts by the courier service. The customer support has been rude and unprofessional, offering a discount instead of facilitating the collection. I prefer not to accept anything from the company and have decided to go with a more reputable brand known for better packaging. It's clear they were aware of the damage since the box was intact, but the fridge itself was not. Highly disappointed. A refund process is currently underway.
