The product that turned up was extremely poor quality and badly made. I’d paid for a circular mirror and got a piece of reflective plastic that was badly chopped into a circle and covered in scratches. It took a few emails before someone agreed that it wasn’t up to standard. I was told to apply for a refund through a second portal and that someone would follow up. That was over 2 months ago and about 5 follow up emails and reaching out to them on social media, all with no reply. So no refund and not able to return an unusable product. Just appears to be a scam shop.
