The single star is mainly for the humor I found in seeing what was delivered. It looked nothing like the images, and even a child could have created something better. It's amusing, but I really wish I hadn't lost $200 on this.
Avoid this seller; they provide poor quality products and refuse to issue refunds. Instead, they send you in circles, claiming you're outside the return window despite clear evidence that you're not. They promise to escalate to a supervisor, but this never happens. They have no valid reason to deny a refund, but they try to frustrate you into giving up. If you want your money back, you'll likely need to request a chargeback from your bank.
Disappointing quality and service. The product shipped directly from overseas, and the stitching on the bedding was so poor that even a child could do better. Getting a refund feels impossible. Never buy from these scam artists again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a table from the seller, received an order confirmation and postage confirmation, and then everything stopped. They responded to my feedback on social media asking for more details, which I provided, but then they ignored me. I had to escalate the issue with my bank to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!
