They refuse to send anything via mail, complicating matters further. After months, they denied my hospital surgery despite providing necessary documentation. Now, I'm left in pain and without necessary treatment. This is not true insurance; it's a scam. Customer service lacks knowledge, and the claims process feels like a second job.
