My experience with the service was disappointing.

My first encounter with the service left much to be desired. You can't visit any doctor or hospital outside of their network. Unfortunately, I can no longer see my oncologist or infusion treatment center since they are not in-network. I was dropped as a patient and won't be seeking oncology services elsewhere. Now, I can only hope for the best regarding my cancer. Extremely frustrated in Ohio.

My first experience was disheartening...

My initial experience with this service was not positive. You cannot choose any doctor or hospital if they are not within the network. I can no longer visit my oncologist and infusion treatment center since they are out of network, leading to my dismissal as a patient. I won’t be seeking oncology services elsewhere and can only hope for the best regarding my cancer. Very frustrated in Ohio.

Initially, it seems a little complicated, but once you understand the process, it turns out to be a decent insurance option.

Loving this program as a newcomer

I've been part of this program for just over a month, and it has been fantastic. The company promptly finds answers for me and has even made calls on my behalf. They are covering prescriptions that I could never get insurance for before. I'm really enjoying it!

It's different, but I'm getting used to it...

It’s a different approach, but once I finished with my prescription, I found myself going to a store not in the network, which meant I had to pay out of pocket. They did reimburse part of it when I submitted an expense report, which was nice. It feels somewhat like traditional insurance, but without the hefty out-of-pocket costs, so I’m okay with it. Just adjusting to the system.

Frustrating experience with this service

This service is misleading everyone with their new approach to health care. Dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating, possibly the worst experience I've had with insurance. The mental strain is overwhelming. There’s a lack of transparency, and surprise bills are common. Almost every claim is a battle, and the paperwork is piling up. They refuse to send anything via mail, complicating matters further. After months, they denied my hospital surgery despite providing necessary documentation. Now, I'm left in pain and without necessary treatment. This is not true insurance; it's a scam. Customer service lacks knowledge, and the claims process feels like a second job. They exploit loopholes to profit rather than prioritize health. Please, read reviews and choose a reliable company instead.

Not happy about the extra steps required

I'm not pleased about having to make copies of my bill and make additional trips to the doctor's office. Also, having to pay a portion of my bill out of pocket feels pointless when I already have insurance.

Our family is grateful for this service

Initially, I was strongly opposed to switching to this service when my workplace made the change. After two decades with my previous provider, I was hesitant, especially with my daughter needing major surgery. I was wrong. Before our plan even started, my case manager reached out and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. There were no surprise bills, and our out-of-pocket costs were significantly lower than before. After returning home, I received a beautiful bouquet from the company, which truly touched me. They exceeded my expectations during a challenging time, and I’m thankful for their support.

This isn't health insurance at all

First of all, this is not real health insurance. It feels like a complete scam. If your HR representative suggests it, push back hard. Just check the reviews—there's not a single good one. Their high rating is misleading.

This is the worst health insurance in North America! If you value your health, look for a better option. From the service to the overall experience, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Even if you rarely need medical care, avoid this plan at all costs.
