My first encounter with the service left much to be desired. You can't visit any doctor or hospital outside of their network. Unfortunately, I can no longer see my oncologist or infusion treatment center since they are not in-network. I was dropped as a patient and won't be seeking oncology services elsewhere. Now, I can only hope for the best regarding my cancer. Extremely frustrated in Ohio.

I've been part of this program for just over a month, and it has been fantastic. The company promptly finds answers for me and has even made calls on my behalf. They are covering prescriptions that I could never get insurance for before. I'm really enjoying it!
It’s a different approach, but once I finished with my prescription, I found myself going to a store not in the network, which meant I had to pay out of pocket. They did reimburse part of it when I submitted an expense report, which was nice. It feels somewhat like traditional insurance, but without the hefty out-of-pocket costs, so I’m okay with it. Now, I'm left in pain and without necessary treatment. This is not true insurance; it's a scam. Customer service lacks knowledge, and the claims process feels like a second job. They exploit loopholes to profit rather than prioritize health. Please, read reviews and choose a reliable company instead.

This is the worst health insurance in North America! If you value your health, look for a better option. From the service to the overall experience, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Even if you rarely need medical care, avoid this plan at all costs.
