After waiting a month they sent the wrong item. When you reach out to customer service it takes 6-7 business days to respond. I’m starting to feel like this is a racket and my money has been stolen. I’ll give them a couple more days then I’m putting in a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.Well I finally received the correct product and it doesn’t work! The unit will not function unless it’s actively plugged in. What a scam. Definitely getting my money back.
