I was able to track the return, but I couldn't get help from the shipping company as they couldn't locate it. The place it was sent to didn't have a contact number. I reached out to the seller, explaining that the item was defective and unsellable. I spoke with the online sales manager who promised a refund and mentioned he would contact the platform to expedite it, but since then, my attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. I even ordered a replacement in good faith. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this situation.
