I will never order from this website again and neither will our organization. Their customer service is crap and all hidden behind email. We tried to return a pair of skates because they were a scam. Actually have an open return right now but you cannot access the return instructions. You have 72 hours. Well guess what? Sideline Swap conveniently does not respond for 72 hours than tells you that you are out of luck. I will in full circles with the entire process for 2 weeks. They are seriously dog shit.
I received the wrong and damaged ski helmet, which I returned via a shipping service that mistakenly delivered it to a different location. I was able to track the return, but I couldn't get help from the shipping company as they couldn't locate it. The place it was sent to didn't have a contact number. I reached out to the seller, explaining that the item was defective and unsellable. I spoke with the online sales manager who promised a refund and mentioned he would contact the platform to expedite it, but since then, my attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. I even ordered a replacement in good faith. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this situation.
Hockey sticks arrived damaged, and it's uncertain whether they were broken before or during shipping. The seller did not respond, and there was no follow-up. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller. After posting a review, which automatically becomes positive after a week, there are no resources available for buyers who feel misled. I enjoy using this platform for buying hockey pads, baseball bats, and skates, but when assistance is needed, the lack of customer support is evident. There's certainly room for improvement.
It's nice to be able to find all things sports all in one spot. Also the hassle of wondering if you are going to receive an item that doesnt fit the description and there is no hassle returning. It's also nice to be able to chat with the sellers as well.
