The inner glass of our oven unexpectedly broke during preheating, and it’s only a few months old with no prior damage. The technician barely examined it and quickly asserted that we must have caused the breakage. After filing a complaint, I was told that this model 'does not have this issue,' again suggesting user error, despite numerous reports from other customers about similar incidents of glass shattering. My offer to provide the broken glass for analysis was ignored. We were then quoted nearly €500 for a replacement, even though the oven is still under warranty. This situation has been extremely disappointing, especially given the safety concerns.
