I have been using this washing machine for several months and am extremely disappointed. Towels don’t come clean on a short wash, and the standard wash takes over three hours, limiting my ability to do laundry in a day. The towels come out stiff, and the wash cycle is harsh on clothing. The machine claims an 8 kg load, but the quick wash is only 4 kg. The rinse cycle is ineffective, and I often have to run an additional rinse. There’s no useful Crease Care cycle, and the inconsistent spin cycle leaves clothes wet. I regret purchasing this machine and do not recommend it.
