I bought an inox solo deepfreezer with digital screen from Siemens Turkey, which is still in guarantee.About 2 months ago, it started to change the degree on the screen repeatedly and while the temperature degree changes it makes a beep beep noice which continues 24 hours. At night it is a nightmare to hear that voice once in a 5 seconds. I am not even mentioning its effects on the food stored in the freezer!I called an authorized service via Siemens Turkey customer relations on November and they came to my house and checked all the possible reasons for this situation but could'nt find anything so the service wrote it to the factory. Today on 13.01.26 they called me back saying " it MİGHT havee been because of the electrical current and they cannot repair it nor give a new device, instead they offered me a deepfreezer with no screen on it." I told them that I paid for a one with digital screen and I want a new one with a screen also. Even though they cannot prove that the defect was because of the electricity, they consist that they cannot give me an equal device in return. @ Siemens if you cannot stand behind what you sell, why do you have guarantee policy which is of no use???
