Had bought from Siemens on Amazon (managed by Siemens) smoke detectors (SIEMENS 5TC1292-7 NF Autonomie/Garantie 10 Ans) However, the 10-year warranty only works if the detector is activated less than 12months from date of manufacture. I just received from them 4 detectors manufactured on June 25th 2024 (23 months ago). It does not make any sense

when we called them and asked a few questions they instantly brushed us off and just said you will find it on our page but the info we asked about was nowhere to be found. terrible service would not recommend.

Garbage customer service. Had customer down, losing thousands by the hour. I needed a trial copy of software that is a decade old and makes them ZERO money. (They offer trial versions of ALL their TIA Portal.) Their answer was to reach out to a sales person and wait days to hear back. Not an acceptable answer. This companies customer service has fallen off a cliff the last five years. Might as well pay for AB if you are going to be left with ZERO support without multi-thousand dollar service contracts. Use Automation Direct if you want good service and good products.

It was supposed to be a good brand but…

It was supposed to be a good brand but actually it is a trash. I hope you never have an experience with their engineers . They are absolutely no professional. We booked an engineer to fix my washing machine. Literally he came in with a smell of skunk . He was still under drugs and not responding at all. He didn’t even say hi ! Literally felt like he must be a robot ! He took a pic and sent an offensive report. That was absolutely ridiculous! We have just bought out washing machine paid a fortune!!! It was bad from the first day! Never ever again with SIEMENS!!!!

Really dissapointed

Really dissapointed, spent a small fortune on a siemens studio line hob, wanting smart connect, its confusing it says its alexa enabled however the type of hob i have will only receive recomendations not actual commands, as i have frysensor plus and not pro even tho i have paid over £1400.00 for it. Am pissed off to be honest!!! They make these products confusing, and it only takes one slight word to make the product unworkable, i took months researching the before purchasing, how could this not have been made clearer!!!! ..

Repaired Oven at Last!

Engineer fixed my oven that has been broken for years (genuinely). We've had at least 3 engineers (at least one from Siemens) unsuccessfully try to fix it in the past. Also two electricians try to help. So it was used as a storage cupboard. Gavin showed up and fixed it at last! New parts required. Wish all the engineers used their initiative like this. He was really helpful.

Too expensive and disappointing

I bought siemens expecting long-term reliability. Instead, I ended up with an expensive appliance that started failing just outside the warranty window. When I contacted support, I got polite but unhelpful responses and a repair quote that made no sense compared to the product’s price. For a “top-tier” brand, I expected durability and real customer care. I got nothing of these.

Useless visit of a technician

Called them for a problem to the ice dispenser of my fridge.They send me a technician saying that they will charge me £109 !The technician came, identify the problem straight away as it's a common problem! And told me that he have to order the piece to change and will come back in a few days. After a few days he came back, dismantled the panel of the fridge to have access to the piece to change, went to his van , came back, consulted his tablet and realised that the piece is not available anymore from Siemens and told me that he couldn't do anything but he could try to glue it !!! (It didn't work at all! What a surprise!)Are we serious? How couldn't he know before coming that the piece was unavailable??? I very much suspect him to come just for collecting the £109 charged from Siemens!!!He even told me to check on eBay if I could find the piece, thing that I did and found it! But I'll definitely not ask them to come to install it, will do it by myself!!!Shameful, unreliable and useless!

Extremely poor services

Extremely poor servicesVery irresponsible people attending to the complaints even the zonal inchargeNo responsibility by the sellerA microwave bought 2 yrs back , already a part replaced by the company within a year and now again a problem which is not being attended for the last 4 mths. Will never recommend anyone to buy a Seimens product. Never ever experienced such a poor service response by any company.
