Premium line dishwasher broke after 3 years. Siemens charges 100 euros only to look at it... Obviously if fixing it will become to expensive, time to step over to the Chinese or Korean manufacturers. This is the second German product in my house that just happens to break 'accidently' in the first year after the warranty expires. Either shobby engineering or poor quality, either way 'Made in Germany' has lost all its meaning as it can be associated increasingly with poor quality or cheating (dieselgate).
