I purchased an item that was supposed to arrive in 3-4 weeks, but it took over 3 months to come from China. It arrived in a crate and required assembly, which I was not informed about. After requesting a refund, the company sent someone to assemble it, but they were unable to do so, and a subcontractor found it was damaged with missing parts. I am now in a dispute to get a refund and need to escalate due to lack of response.
