I love the store, but ordering online was beyond frustrating. I ordered a pair of pants to ship to store (did not want to pay $10 for shipping). I picked them up, went home, opened the package, and they were the wrong size. I had to drive back to the store to return them and they couldn't even re-order from the store. I had to go home, re-order. Next time i picked them up I opened the package in store and it was the wrong size again! Beyond frustrating. Waste of time and gas when they can't even read the right size to ship? What is happening in their fulfillment and quality control? I won't be ordering online again.
