So this is only the second review I've ever done and the first one I did was on the Dollar tree and now I'm going to give another review on Sierra who like Dollar tree if I could put zero Stars down I would I would actually if for Sierra I would actually go into minus stuff you owe me stars but that's not something you can do apparently so instead I just got to go with one star for this terrible appalling where did you learn this kind of behavior customer service to go along with overpriced clothes and while I was wondering this one day a couple years ago she walked right up to me the reason I mean did you hear who is hands down the worst general manager I've ever come across and that's even on TV I've seen general managers on TV who murdered people and I still call her the worst that's how bad she is and she definitely didn't get the job from working hard well I guess she did work hard yes but not doing customer service and what's even worse is her employees follow her lead and treat people like scum of the Eart everybody but people that they deem not his wealthiest man basically they have no care in the world for the types of people who are just not able to bring as much wealth as them and working at a mall for a career maybe good for the GM but for everybody else that's laughable for you think you're so much better than somebody because of your job title or the store you work at but that's neither here nor there important anymore like I said I don't do reviews that often only because it's a waste of time but I felt that the Dollar tree in this horrible horrible company needed to be able to have another bad review against them so maybe one day somebody will wake up and go to the stores and watch how these people treat other people and if they do or have already and they still let it happen shame on you because people don't deserve to bring your hard-earned money whether you believe it or not if it's hard-earned or whether you think that they're stealing or not they don't deserve to be treated like absolutely trash it's not fair it's not funny you're a joke to think it is and I am a huge believer in karma and just wait because karma she's a nasty b and she always always gets her way so to Sierra trading Post and all of the stores I bid you the worst luck ever when it comes to keeping open I don't wish that on people just the store itself I don't wish anything bad on anybody I'm not like the person who works at Sierra I believe in treating people the way they treat me and if you treat me nice I'm going to treat you nice but guess what I'm most likely going to treat you nice before that so I don't need you to do that in order for me to treat you respectfully I'm just babbling I hope the owners do something someday the CEO somebody goes in and watches what's going on and does something and if you already have shame on you maybe burn in

Yes quality/price is ok in store, but online it is an embarrassing experience.

Placed my order, got a tracking code that doesn’t work.
Try to call the local store I asked to ship to (because it is slightly faster); their phone number is not active.
I call the general customer service: they don’t work on weekend (which is when I can conveniently call).

Bot chat is useless because well my tracking code doesn’t work.

I get spammed by their emails twice a day.

I would need to go the store.

What's with the bad reviews?

Not sure what's with all the bad reviews. They're part of the TJ Maxx (or TK for you brits) and they're legit. Their prices are super cheap, at least their clearance offerings, and I bought two pairs of shoes from them. Arrived quickly and were the real deal.

Great service, great shipping!

I ordered 3 pairs of Carhartt pants and they all arrived in the size that I ordered. It only took them a week to get to my doorstep as well. I can vouch for Sierra in terms of you getting what you ordered. If you’re hesitant in buying goods from them, don’t be. I was a skeptic too, when I saw all these reviews about the online shop for Sierra. But I’m a believer, and I’m very satisfied with what I received from them. Go ahead and place that order if you feel so inclined. I’m glad I did!

I used to order from Sierra Trading…

I used to order from Sierra Trading Post years ago and never had a problem. Something must have seriously changed over there though. I just tried to buy a pair of winter boots and twice they canceled the order. The cancelation email came with a phone number to call. The rep the first time said she thought it was my billing address even though I had been billed. So I double check my billing address (it was correct) and I tried again. Canceled again. Billed again. This time the rep said it was something to do with me having a new account (which I set up to get free shipping) and the next time I order I need to place the order then call them so they don't cancel it. What? So why just cancel it and not reach out to me first? And they charged me both times! The charges are still on my account and they said they won't be refunded for 7 days!! Is this some sort of scam?

Beware when ordering online

I love the store, but ordering online was beyond frustrating. I ordered a pair of pants to ship to store (did not want to pay $10 for shipping). I picked them up, went home, opened the package, and they were the wrong size. I had to drive back to the store to return them and they couldn't even re-order from the store. I had to go home, re-order. Next time i picked them up I opened the package in store and it was the wrong size again! Beyond frustrating. Waste of time and gas when they can't even read the right size to ship? What is happening in their fulfillment and quality control? I won't be ordering online again.

EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Somehow their shipping via Fed Ex, is not real Fed Ex. The tracking will show you a reasonable delivery date, and it will be late. If you want to use their site, give yourself at least 2+ weeks cushion to wait for the product. DO NOT RECOMMEND Their Customer Service, does not care bc they are dealing with this all day, every day.

Ordered a pair of ski pants (and a pair…

Ordered a pair of ski pants (and a pair of socks to get the free shipping) for my daughter. Placed order 1/21 and got a confirmation email items shipped. Received ONLY the socks on 1/30- no ski pants. I contacted Sierra customer service via email inquiring about the ski pants (can only get a real person M-F 9am-6pm EST) that indicated they occasionally oversell an item. No communication about the ski pants selling out despite my order confirmation they were purchased- so we waited patiently for them to arrive for 10 days. Here we are needing those ski pants (that were ordered with ample time to arrive) and no pants. Will never order from them again!
