Items are sent back to me that I wanted to return.

Twice they have sent back a total of 4 items that I wanted to return. There was a letter indicating there was either something wrong (i.e., dirty, used, missing labels and tags etc) or it was outside the return window. Neither was true about the items I returned. I believe that they send back items because they know they won’t sell easily. Cheaper to send them back to me than keep getting them returned from other unhappy customers. Also, I saw just yesterday I was charged by Sierra about $40 for nothing I’ve bought there. I suspect they are trying to send back the items I sent back to them and charging me for it. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company as I haven’t ordered anything for over 2 months and there was no backorder. So I’ll be too nervous to order anything from them again, thinking things I wanted to return might come back to me.
