I placed several orders on Sierra.com (TJX Companies) totaling over $800. All orders were canceled without explanation, yet no refund was issued.Their customer service has been consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they provide generic copy-paste replies and refuse to escalate the issue. I explained that I am deaf and cannot use the phone, yet they continue to refer me to their phone line and ignore my written concerns.My bank confirms that the charges were fully posted, not pending, and that no refund was initiated from the merchant’s side. As a result, my funds remain frozen — Sierra took my money, canceled the orders, and left me with nothing.This is not a delay — it’s a complete lack of accountability. I am filing this complaint due to the merchant's failure to issue a proper refund and the indifference of their customer service to resolve the issue
