I was cautious because I had never purchased from this site but there were reviews online and I took a chance. I placed my order and received an email right away. Later I received the update for shipping and after about a week I received my order. It was exactly what I ordered. The coat is amazing. It was from Freecountry, reversible and inside is entirely Sherpa, inside sleeves and all. Which is hard to find. I was pleased with my purchase and the correspondence from Sierra trading post. I have nothing bad to report. Site was easy to navigate and checkout was just as easy.
