Horrible customer service. I had no idea Sierra Trading Post was bought up. This makes so much sense now. I had good experience in the past, but this time, just horrible. I bought cross country ski boots on their website. I received them less than 2 weeks ago. I just tried them out last weekend and nearly broke my foot. The shoe didn't fit into the old 3-pin binding properly and the soft rubber made me slip out multiple times. They should be lucky I didn't break anything, because I would have sewed them after this response. Dear Amy sent me a nice automated message without any recognition of me nearly breaking my foot, which I clearly stated in my message to them. Read for yourself. I'm sure multiple people are getting the same message:Thank you for contacting Sierra Customer Service! We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your product.
