I've ordered from Sierra quite a few times. I always get free shipping because I order a decent amount of stuff. I've had a few issues with them sending the wrong item or with dirty items (white socks in that case), but every issue I've had, I've emailed customer service, simply requested that shipping back not be covered by me since it was their mistake, and got a refund without any questions asked. That's excellent customer service! We're all human, people make mistakes, but I appreciate the positive response to those mistakes.
