1. I like the physical Sierra store a lot.2. if you live near one of the physical Sierra stores it is fully worth dealing with the website for when you can't find something in store that you happen to be able to find online -which is still random - sometimes tons of what u want sometimes cant find online but can find in store.3. the website is strangely slow trying to save items for later or delete something from my cart. it has interrupted my flow of making a purchase that moment numerous times.i.e. i see 1 item i for sure want to order now, with free or paid shipping depending on how hard it is to find & at a lower price point (than free to home) there is free shipping to store for pickup.I have 15 other items in my cart from browsing, and i want to save all but 1 for later.---option I love!:In store (and online) all receipts tied to an email address is THE BEST! Every TJX store should adopt that as a time saving measure for employees/checkout line, that also is simply stress relieving in simplicity/convenience.recently a brand of shoes I've liked for years but honestly hadn't actually owned yet (out of convenience), I saw in store and they didn't have my favorite model but they did have multiple colorways of a few styles and I noticed that depending on the colorway the size was different. maybe that's why they ended up at the store, maybe it's a regular annual overstock, I don't know. I did find one that I liked and I actually found one that made a squeaking noise when I walked around which the others didn't cuz I liked the styling of the one that squeaked better but I didn't want to risk being one of those people than in years past was a more common incident (rhythmic squeak)...I was able to get my dream shoe though ordered in a couple of versions and sizes because of what I noticed in store and in that case it worked out perfectly.so I highly recommend Sierra for people with the luxury of returning in store, and it is problematic and I had actually stopped buying from them with problems of getting "first quality "stuff that still had problems. and I'm not sure if it actually isn't labeled first quality by some of these stores cuz sometimes you'll see a note on manufacturer websites about one style of running a half size large or a full size small or whatever. but receipt is slow from their shipping and paid returns are not fun and drastically increase the cost and time turnaround.specifically for the website managers I'd really love it if they can make a save all for later button to clear my cart so I can buy the one thing that I really want without having to spend the heck of a lot of time to manage my browsing cart. cuz just about everywhere else I can quickly clear a cart so my habits of favoriting something instead of throwing them in my digital cart realistically is not going to change.
