I ordered an item from them and loved the dress, but the size was too big. Returning it would have cost more than the dress itself (they don’t have a US facility). As an option, they offered me a partial refund and any item of equal value from their website. Since I loved the dress, I didn’t mind it.
I’d recommend them — just double-check the sizing chart and maybe don’t order more than one dress at first, to make sure it fits.
