I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been over two weeks since I requested a return label. Despite following all of their special requirements and staying within the required timeframe, I still have not received the return label.
Instead of issuing the return label, they offered me a 50% discount to keep the product, which I declined. After declining the offer, they still failed to provide the return label or process the refund.
This experience reflects very low service quality and poor customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a smooth and professional transaction, I would not recommend purchasing from Sierra Darien.

After purchase the dress was a wrong size . Even through have paid a fortune for the return and returned writhing the 14 days track delivery , the company had blocked me and no emails can get to them anymore with No REFUND and no answers .
Absolutely disgusting
I ordered an item from them and loved the dress, but the size was too big. Returning it would have cost more than the dress itself (they don’t have a US facility). As an option, they offered me a partial refund and any item of equal value from their website. Since I loved the dress, I didn’t mind it.
I’d recommend them — just double-check the sizing chart and maybe don’t order more than one dress at first, to make sure it fits.
ad a great experience with this company! The dress I originally ordered was a little small, so I reached out about getting a bigger size. They quickly sent me the larger size and even told me I could keep the original one instead of returning it, which was such a nice surprise. On top of that, they gave me a $20 store credit for my next purchase. The item arrived in a timely manner, the dress fits great, and the material is really good quality. Excellent customer service. I bought the textured knit dress with a peplum waist and gold buttons in dark blue. My husband was so amazed by this dress. Because of the subtle glitter, people in the restaurant even noticed it. This dress hugs all your best body features.
Received the dress I ordered. Soo cheap fabric, no label, soo big for small size. I had saved for it for months as it was almost £100.00
I put it in the garage; too ugly to wear.
Stayed quiet about it for two months until today when a Shein ad came out in my Instagram and there it was my expensive and horrendous dress for 20 quid or so.
Do not buy anything from this people. They buy from Shein and then re sell it to you.
I hesitated to share my thoughts, but I feel compelled to do so. I placed an order on October 28th, 2025, but one of the packages has yet to arrive. I've lost hope at this point; it's become a donation to the seller. I no longer need it since I've reached out multiple times with no resolution. All I receive are apologies for the frustration! The first package took a month to arrive, and now the second one seems to be missing. This has been the worst experience I've ever had!

I have reached out to the relevant authorities to look into this matter. The items received are not genuine and the sizes are incorrect. This feels like a total scam. Authorities have been notified.
