I placed an order and never received tracking information or my products. After weeks of emails, voicemails, social media messages, and chatbots, I received no response. Eventually, they sent the items, even using next-day air to rectify the mistake. However, they missed some items, and I’m once again dealing with unresponsive customer service. This company used to be great, but I don't know what has changed. They promised to send the missing items, but I never received them, and I'm back to no replies. It's frustrating that the customer service is so poor. We would have liked to place more orders but can't even manage that.
