I can't express enough how impressed I am with this service! I ordered the BOGO puffle despite initial reservations about a social media link. After receiving reassurance and options, I decided to proceed. My order arrived swiftly. I used the puffles for the first time on my hammock, and I absolutely love them! One served as an underquilt while the other was a top quilt. I stayed warm, even a bit too warm one night, but I just adjusted my feet, and it was perfect. The puffle is incredibly soft and packs easily into its sack. I can finally say goodbye to my sleeping bag. I would definitely choose this service again and am currently awaiting my 40-degree order!
I placed an order and never received tracking information or my products. After weeks of emails, voicemails, social media messages, and chatbots, I received no response. Eventually, they sent the items, even using next-day air to rectify the mistake. However, they missed some items, and I’m once again dealing with unresponsive customer service. This company used to be great, but I don't know what has changed. They promised to send the missing items, but I never received them, and I'm back to no replies. It's frustrating that the customer service is so poor. We would have liked to place more orders but can't even manage that.
In short: Good quality and functionality at a great price during the two-for-one sale. Much more comfortable than a mummy bag when used as a top quilt, but too narrow for comfort when snapped up as a sleeping bag, even with the expander. Long version: Pros: Great deal during the sale; works perfectly with a hammock as an under- or top-quilt using the included suspension cords; can be combined with another quilt for added warmth; the fabric is comfortable; and it uses vegan synthetic insulation, which was important to me. Cons: One snap fell off before my camping trip (customer service quickly sent a replacement, but it’s an inconvenience). Synthetic insulation is bulkier and heavier than down (which I accepted for ethical reasons). I purchased the expander, but it felt tight and awkward. The compression sack has a soft canvas lip that could be sturdier. Overall: If you prefer to avoid down (as I do for ethical reasons), this is a very functional product at a great price during the sale. The many snaps are convenient but can fail, as happened to me. For that reason, and the narrow sleeping bag mode, I felt a 4 out of 5 stars was fair. However, one snap failing doesn’t significantly affect the functionality of an otherwise great top- or underquilt.
This company offers excellent products. I've purchased emergency sleeping bags, shelters, water straws, utility knives, and fire blankets, all of great quality. The emergency sleeping bags and shelters are compact and fit anywhere. I keep these items in my emergency grab-and-go bags and my glove box. I appreciate being prepared, and this company has made that possible. Their customer service is also commendable, with real, friendly representatives ready to assist. I'm very satisfied with all my purchases. A+!
I ordered from this service and paid for priority shipping. I received an email with a delivery date, but my order never arrived. I emailed to ask about tracking my order but received no reply. I sent two more emails without acknowledgment and still have no order.
