I ordered from them 2 months ago.For about 3 weeks it was updated arbitrarly saying again and again that it is "In transit with airline"I wrote them after 1.5 months saying nothing changes and they wrote it typically takes around 2-3 weeks.The responded with completely irrelevant answer (telling me they sorry I have promlem with my account and they reset my password for me)I told them this is not relevant and please read and answer to what I wrote, they just didn't respond. Nothing has changed ever since. I'm still in the dark.Just so unproffesional it's emberrassing
