I've bought from Sierra Pet Meds for the past 6 years and have always received great service and good products. I normally buy Nexgard Spectra for dogs which covers heartworms, intestinal parasites, fleas and ticks. I can get it for about 1/3 the price it would cost at my vet or any place like Chewy for just the product alone PLUS I'd have to take each dog in for an exam and probably a heartworm test before they would prescribe the meds. That alone would be another $100+ per animal.But let me address the most common complaints I've seen on here. Delivery time: Your items are being shipped from overseas. Don't expect it in 2 days like you're ordering from Amazon. During covid, I had to wait 2 months to get but normally it's 2-3 weeks so plan accordingly.Fleas: I see so many people talking about their product not getting rid of fleas. The most likely reason is your house is infested and needs to be treated and maybe your yard too. At any given time only about 5% of fleas are on your pet, the other 95% are in your carpet, bedding, furniture. So while the animal is treated, the fleas are hopping around and even on your pet and possibly making it look like your pet is still infested.Import surcharge: You're buying a product shipped from overseas. Don't blame Sierra Pet Meds for something your government is doing. SPM is not charging you the Duties, your elected officials make those rules.
Shipping time was delayed for a month until the product was received.The only information throughout this time was that the shipment is in transit. In addition, the product that arrived will expire in 6 months. The company's response was that the date is indicated in the product details, if you open the link...
I ordered from them 2 months ago.For about 3 weeks it was updated arbitrarly saying again and again that it is "In transit with airline"I wrote them after 1.5 months saying nothing changes and they wrote it typically takes around 2-3 weeks.The responded with completely irrelevant answer (telling me they sorry I have promlem with my account and they reset my password for me)I told them this is not relevant and please read and answer to what I wrote, they just didn't respond. Nothing has changed ever since. I'm still in the dark.Just so unproffesional it's emberrassing

Very pleased. The parcel arrived very quickly and the helpful response from Surya from customer service to my order was lightning fast! It is truly amazing that a parcel from the other side of the world, from New Zealand, arrived in Switzerland faster than many parcels sent within Europe! I was tired of paying almost $500 a year for Nexgard and Heartgard for my large Labrador. I took a chance on Sierra Pet Meds about a year ago, and received the same products that my vet sells for a fraction of the price. Saving myself about $300, without the hassle of going through my vet. I still take my dog for regular checkups, but feel like the price of these prescriptions is a racket in the US. One important thing to consider is it did take about a month for the product to arrive, so you need to order before you are out.
