The quality of the items and the customer service were very disappointing. I purchased some jewellery as a Christmas gift, including a delicate bracelet and matching earrings. The first bracelet had a kink that was exchanged easily, but the second one had a very loose clasp that felt insecure, so I returned it as well. The retailer didn’t have another in stock, so I chose a refund and decided to shop directly from the website. Unfortunately, the site was incredibly unresponsive, making it difficult to manage my cart. I contacted customer service to express my frustrations and seek a replacement, but the response was curt and lacked empathy. They didn’t apologize for the issues or the poor quality; instead, they dismissed my concerns. I wanted to buy a replacement, but the price was significantly higher on their site. Despite explaining my situation, they made no effort to assist. The jewellery may look nice, but the quality is lacking, and it’s clear the company doesn’t value its customers. Even after their reply, they seemed more focused on the price than the overall customer experience. Given the multiple issues I faced, I expected some form of resolution, but there was none offered, and I only received an apology after requesting one. This dismissive attitude is concerning.
