In their reply, they focused on pricing rather than the overall experience, which included two faulty bracelets and a problematic transaction on their website. I expected some form of compensation, but none was offered, and I only received an apology after I requested one. Their dismissive attitude is quite concerning.

I was then connected to a representative who provided additional codes, but they were also rejected. Then came exceptional customer service. The representative created a custom discount code for my desired item, which worked perfectly. I was very pleased with the outcome. This level of customer service is what every business should aim for.
