Having such a dreadful time with this company! Really awful customer service. Ordered two necklaces which arrived over a week ago and one is different to my order. I have spent over a week now trying to get in touch without any success and cannot reach anyone to confirm how to resolve the issue. I cannot return the incorrect item as they need to cover postage costs as the error was theirs. If anyone has any suggestions on how I could resolve this that would be great as I’ve already spent much time and money trying to resolve this before the UK leaves the EU and international postage rules apply.
