The quality of the jewellery and customer support were extremely disappointing. I purchased some items as a Christmas gift, including a delicate bracelet and matching earrings. The first bracelet had a kink and was exchanged easily, but the second had a loose clasp that felt insecure, prompting me to return it as well. The retailer didn’t have another, so I chose a refund and decided to shop on their website. The site was frustratingly unresponsive, making it difficult to add items to my cart. After reaching out to customer service to express my frustrations, I received a short and dismissive response with no apology for the poor quality or website issues. I would have bought a replacement, but the price was much higher on their site. Despite my explanations, they offered no help. The jewellery may look nice, but the quality is lacking and it seems the company does not value its customers. In their reply, they focused on pricing rather than the overall experience, which included two faulty bracelets and a problematic transaction on their website. I expected some form of compensation, but none was offered, and I only received an apology after I requested one. Their dismissive attitude is quite concerning.
