Hardware appears good and contrary to a lot of users, I have found the app to be good.The issue is in the customer service. I had my system installed in November 25. Approximately 1 week later my Inverter cannot connect to wifi. When trying to search for wireless networks to connect to, it fionds none. Not a single one. I have even tried setting up multiple mobile hotspots using only 2.4GHz but it finds nothing.The people on phone support offer no help and say you will be called back. It is now 4/1/25 and I have still received no call back in that month.Making a support ticket results in a guaranteed minimum wait time of a week. Then, you will receive a generic response as though from AI or a script and they then close the ticket, resulting in the necessity to create a new ticket and restart the waiting process. They also offer this level of service to the installers as I have had the installing electricians (who are excellent) back to help sort it out, but they too get the same treatment. Fortunately, the elctrician created an ethernet cable for me to hardwire in until it is resolved. The downside is I am having to route this through a cracked open window during winter. Not ideal.Very, very poor customer service experience so far. I have lost all faith in the Sigenergy ecosystem as a result, but it is now too late.If, like me you were considering Tesla originally. Do yourself a favour and go with them.
