The hardware seems solid, and unlike many users, I find the app to be functional. However, the real problem lies in the customer service. I had my system installed on November 25, and about a week later, my Inverter stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. It fails to detect any networks, even after trying multiple mobile hotspots on 2.4GHz. Phone support has been unhelpful, promising callbacks that never come. As of April 1, it’s been a month without any follow-up. Submitting a support ticket leads to a minimum wait of a week, only to receive a generic response that closes the ticket, forcing me to start the process over. The installers, who are fantastic, have also faced the same poor service. Thankfully, the electrician created an Ethernet cable for me to use temporarily, but I have to run it through a cracked window in the winter, which is far from ideal. Overall, my experience with customer service has been very disappointing. My faith in the ecosystem has diminished significantly, and I now wish I had chosen a different option.
