Stay away from this garage. I bought a car on August 11, and it wouldn’t start the next morning or any morning after. The aftersales team was unhelpful, leading us to exercise our consumer rights to reject the vehicle as it was unfit for purpose. We are entitled to a refund for reasonable costs, but they are now refusing to reimburse us for the delivery/collection charge and the new battery cost. Although they agreed to the battery cost, we haven’t received it yet. Consumer law states they must refund delivery and other reasonable expenses. We are currently in touch with a complaints service for support, as the garage isn't responding to our emails. We expect to get back £495. Please be cautious.
