Warning: Cars bought from this dealer are not protected by the motor industry’s regulatory body. My cousin worked hard to buy his dream car, albeit overpriced. He was determined to get a white BMW420, but the dealership insisted on a fixed price due to tyre replacements. Soon after purchase, warning lights appeared. He tried multiple times to resolve the issue but received no help. A trusted tyre specialist later informed him that the new tyres were improperly fitted and unsafe. He had to sign a waiver for the dealership to refit the tyres. The dealership has denied responsibility and refused to take the car back, even though it was within the 30-day agreement. It was disheartening to learn that after spending all his savings, the car isn’t recognized by the self-regulatory body. Very disappointing for a dealership that claims to care.

Stay away from this garage. I bought a car on August 11, and it wouldn’t start the next morning or any morning after. The aftersales team was unhelpful, leading us to exercise our consumer rights to reject the vehicle as it was unfit for purpose. We are entitled to a refund for reasonable costs, but they are now refusing to reimburse us for the delivery/collection charge and the new battery cost. Although they agreed to the battery cost, we haven’t received it yet. Consumer law states they must refund delivery and other reasonable expenses. We are currently in touch with a complaints service for support, as the garage isn't responding to our emails. We expect to get back £495. Please be cautious.
I've been meaning to share my experience with this company. Since purchasing the BMW X5, I’ve faced numerous problems, from a cracked washer bottle to a front grille that fell off on the motorway, and a rear airbag suspension bag that popped eight days after purchase. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. It seems they sell cars with a warranty because you’ll need it soon after buying from them. They appear to clean up cars for a quick sale.
