The sender falsely claimed affiliation with a conference I'm attending and asked for my credit card information.I contacted SignNow's customer support, and let them know a scammer was using their service. They explicitly refused to take responsibility or do anything about this. If you are an end user, then I recommend you mark all email from this company as spam. And if you are a potential customer, know that I will be going to unusual lengths to make sure that no email from this company gets within a mile of my employer's servers.
