I strongly regret ordering the Sihoo C300 Pro chair from this company.At the time of purchase the website clearly stated the item was in stock. After I paid, a week later I was told it was actually not in stock and I was asked to wait three weeks. I agreed and waited. After those three weeks passed — nothing happened. No dispatch, no tracking, no proactive update.When I contacted them again, I was then told the delay was because “Direct Freight is busy” and it would take another week. That explanation does not make sense because I have received multiple other deliveries through Direct Freight during the same period within a few days.So the timeline became:Advertised in stock → Actually not in stock → Wait 3 weeks → Still not shipped → Blame courier → Wait againThis is not a logistics delay. This is misleading stock information followed by repeated shifting ETAs.Even worse, they are reluctant to provide a refund despite failing to supply the product within the promised timeframe.Selling an item as available when it is not, then continuously pushing delivery dates, is not acceptable business practice. Customers are essentially financing their inventory while being kept waiting without transparency.I would not recommend purchasing from this seller unless you are comfortable paying upfront and waiting indefinitely with uncertain communication.
