Absolute waste of time and money

I strongly regret ordering the Sihoo C300 Pro chair from this company.At the time of purchase the website clearly stated the item was in stock. After I paid, a week later I was told it was actually not in stock and I was asked to wait three weeks. I agreed and waited. After those three weeks passed — nothing happened. No dispatch, no tracking, no proactive update.When I contacted them again, I was then told the delay was because “Direct Freight is busy” and it would take another week. That explanation does not make sense because I have received multiple other deliveries through Direct Freight during the same period within a few days.So the timeline became:Advertised in stock → Actually not in stock → Wait 3 weeks → Still not shipped → Blame courier → Wait againThis is not a logistics delay. This is misleading stock information followed by repeated shifting ETAs.Even worse, they are reluctant to provide a refund despite failing to supply the product within the promised timeframe.Selling an item as available when it is not, then continuously pushing delivery dates, is not acceptable business practice. Customers are essentially financing their inventory while being kept waiting without transparency.I would not recommend purchasing from this seller unless you are comfortable paying upfront and waiting indefinitely with uncertain communication.

Waste of money

They recommended a chair based on my height, weight and gender and the fact that I have lower back pain. They suggested the Sihoo DORO-S300 Ergonomic Office Chair. With the gas lift on it's lowest setting my feet can't reach the floor. Chair is extremely heavy and hard to move (must be steel). Back is not supportive at all and actually gives me back pain if I'm using it. There's a big gap between my back if I'm sitting comfortably and the back of the chair. To reach it I have to slouch. I also got no delivery confirmation and the driver didn't ring my bell. The chair sat on my front doorstep which is literally on the street for a whole weekend. I suppose no one would steal it because it was so heavy anyway. Driver left it on my porch in a way that meant it couldn't be brought inside and couldn't be tipped, so I had to drag a hugely heavy chair down 5 steps and lift it back up to get it in the house. I contacted support about the issues I was having and they ghosted me. I spent a grand and I'm back to sitting in my old chair. Complete waste of money.

Why sell something when you don't have stock???

Support must be from a different world! Promises one thing and never gets it done!! Been waiting for my order for 3 months and no update. Keep on giving a date of arrival, but keep moving it further. Why sell something when you don't have stock?????

Ordered 2 chairs. Arrived in time. Super quality and easy to assemble. Robust packaging, alle small parts, like screws had 1 extra peace. Even gloves were included :D (Size S)
