I ordered two on December 3 but still haven't received them. I've been checking in with the local distributor for updates, but the responses have been vague—just that they haven't arrived yet, and they'll follow up, which never happens until I reach out again. While I'm willing to pay a bit more for a quality product, I expect much better customer service. I considered giving a one-star rating, but the product itself is good; however, poor customer service diminishes its value.
