Uses AI to respond to negative reviews with "We will have someone reach out to you ASAP to further discuss and assist." I answered their call on the 2nd ring and when I said hello, they hung up! We still are not getting any closer to them providing the service they claim.
I am truly impressed with the system used for registering and processing suppressors. I purchased suppressors early last year and all my information was already stored for this new purchase which really saved a ton of time getting through the process.
I got the YHM R45 for my New Frontier C-45 PCC with a 8.5" bbl and couldn't be happier, it reduced the decibel level down to about a .22lr. I highly recommend this "can" for people who is looking for one for their PCC.
Silencer Shop is nothing more than a log jam keeping you from submitting your form. They have no one answering the phones, no one responding to emails. It takes much longer for SS to "process" your form that it does for ATF to approve it. I have had a order in for 9 days and it is still in process. Nothing has been submitted yet. Another order I placed at another large dealer on Monday was approved by the ATF Friday of the same week. SS is top notch until they take your money. Then crickets!!
I placed my order December 14th. My form 4 was not even submitted by Silencer Shop until Jan 30th, 46 days later. I tried contacting Silencer Shop during the month of December without any luck. Gave up in January. It's my understanding that Im not the only one. I understand they are overwhelmed by the deletion of the tax stamp but they should have contacted me to tell me it was going to be 46 DAYS before they even started the process. Not an apology. Not a word because there is no one there who will answer the phone or email. Now more waiting.

I purchased the item last year and encountered some issues with communication, which can occasionally occur. This year, I decided to give them another chance without a tax stamp. I ordered two on December 3 but still haven't received them. I've been checking in with the local distributor for updates, but the responses have been vague—just that they haven't arrived yet, and they'll follow up, which never happens until I reach out again. While I'm willing to pay a bit more for a quality product, I expect much better customer service. I considered giving a one-star rating, but the product itself is good; however, poor customer service diminishes its value.
