Terrible Customer ServiceI ordered this product with the confirmation that shipping would be 5-7 days. This was important because I was moving in 31 days from my order date, but assumed it wouldn’t be an issue since it was supposed to ship long before that. I reached out to them two weeks later after not receiving my order and got no response. I reached out again through Paypal and they just sent me the tracking info that they created THAT DAY. Which, was 25 days after the order was placed with an expected arrival of a week. I messaged customer service and told them I would no longer be at that location since the shipping was delayed and requested a refund or to be shipped to the new address and they basically told me “tough luck, once an order is processed/shipped they cannot offer refunds or edits”. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be contesting this with my bank.
